Key responsibilities encompass:
Creating, designing, and developing engaging digital creative assets, such as graphics, animations, videos, and other multimedia content for our owned channels like websites, emails, and apps, as well as for paid media and emerging platforms. Ensuring all visual and interactive elements align with the creative vision and adhere to the brand standards of each brand within our portfolio. Applying strategic thinking and design principles to all creative development aspects, delivering top-notch designs that drive consumer business growth effectively. Collaborating with the Creative Director and Project Management team to utilize data and analytics for insights into creative performance, offering recommendations for asset updates to enhance performance. Working with the Creative Director to develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, brand guidelines, and templates to ensure consistency, optimize creative development, and scale creative output. Maintaining regular communication with the Project Management team and colleagues, providing updates on project timelines and progress. Keeping up-to-date with the competitive landscape, industry best practices, and emerging design and consumer revenue generation trends. Offering guidance and mentorship to junior design staff, helping to elevate their skills and foster a collaborative team environment. Managing and organizing raw media and finished assets, ensuring proper storage and backup for easy accessibility and retrieval for internal and external partners. Required Experience/Skills
6-8 years of proven experience as a designer: The ideal candidate should have a track record in roles such as designer, senior designer, or art direction, demonstrating the ability to create engaging and revenue-generating campaigns. Experience in consumer-focused or revenue-driven environments like marketing, advertising, or e-commerce is preferred. A strong portfolio: The candidate should possess a robust portfolio showcasing their design skills and creativity, demonstrating a diverse range of creative projects that highlight their ability to deliver high-quality designs and generate consumer engagement. Comprehensive understanding of design principles: The candidate should have a solid grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, and user experience (UX) design, essential for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs that align with brand standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Effective communication and collaboration are crucial for working in cross-functional teams. The candidate should clearly communicate ideas, actively participate in discussions, and work collaboratively with colleagues and the Creative Director.
