Data Entry Operator II

Adsync Technologies is seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator II for a contract with Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division in Philadelphia PA. The Data Entry Operator II will work at Adsync's location in Philadelphia PA. This requirement is supporting NSWCPD Code 107, which is responsible for oversight of policy and compliance in the areas of Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S), Plant Property & Equipment (PP&E)/Asset Management, and Purchase Requisitions (PR). The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for: Identify, research, document, relocate, package, track, and process paperwork for the disposition of material, OM&S, and PP&E/AM in accordance with NAVY, DoD, and NSWCPD policies, regulations, and processes Interaction with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about material request to handle and resolve complaints Create MILSTRIP request/Purchase card request (PRs) Validate coding of PRs, such as: Account Assignment Category; material numbers; FSCs; pricing and minimum order quantity Check stock availability of MILSTRIP items Enter/Track/Update/Modify PRs and/or the status Attend status meetings Assist with development of standard operating procedures Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents Apply data program techniques and procedures Update and maintain posting of documentation on NSWCPD SharePoint and perform backup operations as needed Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of searching for, interpreting, selecting, or coding items to be entered from a variety of source documents Working knowledge of NAVY Enterprise Resource Planning N-ERP is preferred Knowledge of MILSTRIP status/cancellation and P-Card procedures Education: Individual shall have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and shall have experience outlined above. A SECRET level Security Clearance is required.
