Data Entry Specialist
to join our team in St. Charles, Illinois 60174. This pays
$20/hr. on W2, with a 3-months contract duration, and a potential to be permanent. This role will assist with data management within the companys HRIS/Payroll system (ADP Workforce Now). The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with payroll and benefits data, ensuring accuracy and consistency while navigating ADP systems. Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate HRIS and payroll data in
ADP WFN . Support benefits data entry, audits, and reconciliation. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all data entries and system updates. Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in employee records. Collaborate with HR/Payroll teams to support reporting and administrative tasks. Qualifications
Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN)
required (payroll/benefits modules preferred). Previous data entry or HRIS experience in an HR/payroll environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
