Accounts Payable Specialist
Our client, a rapidly growing organization with a collaborative and social finance team, is seeking an Accounts Payable / Staff Accountant to join their Ambler, PA office. The right candidate will support both AP processing and general ledger functions as the company continues to expand and migrate subsidiaries onto secondary ERP platforms. Key Responsibilities: Process 100200 invoices weekly, including both PO and non-PO invoices. Support invoice approval workflows, vendor payments, and PO activity for inventory purchases. Manage high-volume corporate invoices (5,00010,000 annually) across multiple populations. Assist with subsidiary accounting, including GL entries, reconciliations, and misc. tax support. Partner with team members to ensure smooth transition of AP functions previously handled in Canada. Utilize Oracle ERP, leveraging built-in workflows and automation tools. Collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager and a team of staff accountants. Contribute to continuous process improvements as the company integrates subsidiaries onto ERP platforms outside of Oracle. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred). 3+ years of professional accounting experience, ideally with exposure to both AP and GL. Strong knowledge of invoice processing, approvals, and purchase orders. Oracle ERP experience strongly preferred; other ERP experience a plus. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. Team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute beyond a traditional AP role.
