Our client is seeking a Spanish/English bilingual customer service professional for a temp to hire role. If you enjoy helping and resolving challenges with a feeling of accomplishment, then this opportunity is for you. The role includes but is not limited to: This is a hybrid role - candidate must be able to report to DC twice a week initially. Resolving customer issues while maintaining satisfaction rates through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Utilized internal databases to assist clients.
