Administrative Assistant 3

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 3 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 3, you will be part of the Azure Primo team supporting senior management and external partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid)

What's the Job?

Perform complex administrative functions for all levels of management, including external business partners

Manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and process business expenses

Coordinate meetings, events, and department financial operations

Support personnel operations and facility management

What's Needed?

  1. Minimum 5+ years' experience with calendaring in Outlook
  2. Minimum 5+ years' experience with managing headcount and team support
  3. Minimum 5+ years' experience familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Excel and Outlook
  4. Prior Microsoft experience is a requirement
