Night Auditor
Night Auditor is a key role to our front desk operations as the resort is open 24/7. All Associates working the front desk are vital to the overall experience our guests will have, beginning at their check-in. As the late shift auditor, you are essentially working without management supervision, so your responsibility is vital to assist in closing out the business day for our outlets as well as checking in guests during non-traditional hours. If you enjoy working semi-independently from others, are a night time personality, and have a high sense of responsibility

Role Responsibilities: Guest check in and check out procedures. Processing credit card transactions and other (restaurant, events, outlets, lounge) for the day Handling phone system, transferring calls, reservations, etc. Verify, balance and review hotel room availability. Administer guest payment policies and look for errors from the day shift. Prepare folios for the morning departing guests. Maintain overall lobby appearance.
