LHH is seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative for our client in Sacramento. This onsite position will be responsible for speaking with Members in a call center environment, regarding health insurance plans and premiums.
Job title: Member Service Representative Industry: Health Insurance Location: 100% onsite in Sacramento Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM Hiring method: Contract / Temporary (through February/March 2026) Hourly pay rate: $20-23/hour
Responsibilities, Handling incoming calls from members in a call center environment Answering questions regarding member/employer billing questions Educating members on any plan changes that affect their account and/or premium Accepting credit card or electronic-check payments for premiums Qualified candidates will possess 1 year of experience in Member Services, accounts receivable, or related. Preferred candidates will have experience in a Health Insurance or related industry.
Pay Details:
$20.00 to $23.00 per hour
