Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with over 10 years of experience to lead ground-up commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have managed several vertical construction and site work projects, including pre-engineered metal buildings valued around $20 million. Concrete experience is also highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise vertical construction and site work.
• Lead the construction of a pre-engineered metal building project.
• Ensure project completion within budget and on schedule.
• Work collaboratively with team members and contractors.

Essential Skills

• 10-20 years of experience as a Superintendent.
• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects.
• Recent experience with pre-engineered metal buildings.
• Strong experience in site work and concrete management.
• Proficient with technology and computer use.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Procore experience is a plus.
• Experience working on private projects is beneficial.

Work Environment

The work environment is team-oriented with a focus on mentorship and a fun office culture. You will be working on national projects, with the initial project located in Telluride for 14-16 months. Lodging, per diem, computer, truck, and phone are provided. This is a design-build company specializing in aviation facilities and various commercial projects, located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The project involves a $20 million hanger at the Telluride airport, encompassing storage, snow removal, and maintenance facilities. If not local, candidates can expect support for lodging and transportation, with flexible arrangements for travel home.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $28.08/hr.
