We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee complex, multi-faceted technology initiatives in Dublin, Ohio. This role involves managing large-scale implementations, coordinating across diverse teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities:
• Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Facilitate discovery and design workshops to gather requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Conduct regular project meetings, proactively addressing risks, resolving issues, and managing change requests.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to oversee budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise testing phases, cutover activities, data migration processes, and successful go-live execution.
• Drive stakeholder engagement through effective communication, training initiatives, and change adoption strategies.
• Implement governance processes while mentoring team members on project management best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure external applications are integrated seamlessly into internal systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across technical and business units.
• Monitor project progress, utilizing Agile and waterfall methodologies to adapt to dynamic requirements.• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technology projects with large-scale implementations.
• Proven ability to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with project management tools and hybrid Agile/waterfall environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; project management certification preferred.
• Experience with Atlassian tools, telematics, and multinational project implementations is a plus.
• Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies and IT project management practices.
• Ability to coordinate shared technical resources and navigate complex organizational structures.
