We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Project Manager to join our signage team. In this role, you will assist in coordinating signage projects from concept to installation, ensuring that client requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build project management experience while working closely with clients, vendors, and installation crews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and overseeing signage projects.

• Coordinate with designers, fabricators, and installers to ensure project milestones are met.

• Communicate with clients to confirm project requirements and provide status updates.

• Track project timelines, budgets, and materials, escalating issues when necessary.

• Assist in preparing project proposals, quotes, and documentation.

• Ensure projects comply with permitting requirements, safety standards, and company procedures.

• Maintain organized project records and ensure accurate handoff to installation teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management software a plus.

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Eagerness to learn the signage industry and develop project management expertise.
