Job Title: Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. In this role, you will oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that elevate our brand, engage our audience, and support overall business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in our messaging and maximize our market presence.

Job responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Brand Management: Enhance brand awareness and ensure messaging consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC to drive online engagement and conversions.
  • Content & Communication: Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools; use insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, webinars, and other promotional activities to build community and drive brand engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and external partners to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing management or a similar role, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
