• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring inquiries and issues are resolved promptly.
• Utilize customer service software and tools to document interactions and track resolutions.
• Assist clients with Ethernet-related questions and troubleshoot connectivity concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of call details and follow established protocols for data entry.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
• Adhere to business casual dress code and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
• Schedule and manage call center activities using Verint software.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to offer accurate information to callers.
• Support the team during busy seasons by managing high call volumes effectively.

• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.

• Familiarity with Ethernet troubleshooting and related technical concepts.

• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle high call volumes and work efficiently under pressure.

• Basic office skills, including data entry and record-keeping.

• Experience with Verint software is preferred.
