This Position Reports To: Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager
PRIMARY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain confidentiality of customer information and activities Greet customers and assist in conversations about banking products to recommend banking products/services Maintain and balance within established standards May work at multiple branches based on market needs Contribute to overall branch results, including customer experience Comply with bank policies, procedures and banking regulations Process transactions up to designated limits using sound judgment Demonstrate understanding and comply with established security procedures Become proficient with job-related systems and equipment Participate in the general upkeep and appearance of the Branch Participate in available training opportunities, including completion of ABA Teller Certification Participate in referral program Other duties as needed or assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION: High school graduate or active student Two years work experience with the public preferred Basic math aptitude and proficiency Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of accounting principles helpful Proficiency with basic technology Professional image Basic sales experience Awareness of general banking services Active in social and/or extracurricular activities preferred
