Our firm in Los Angeles specializes in Immigration, Deportation, Criminal Defense, P.I. Litigation, and we are looking for an attorney who will be responsible for immigration and deportation. The position will process immigration petitions and deportation defenses. The candidate must be an independently motivated team player who is able to multi-task.

*The position will be responsible for:*
Duties:
* Employment-Based Immigration (EB-1, EB-2, NIW, EB-3, PERM, EB-5) * Family-Based Immigration * Non-Immigrant Visa (H1B, L1A/B, E-1, E-2, etc.) * Removal Proceedings & Deportation Defenses
Qualifications:
* License to practice law in *any *U.S. Jurisdiction * 2 years of Immigration/Deportation _preferred_. * Experience in Employment-Based Immigration (EB-1, EB-2, NIW, EB-3, PERM, EB-5), Family-Based Immigration, Non-Immigrant Visas (H-1B, L-1A/B, E-1/E-2), Removal Proceedings _preferred_. * Exceptional writing & communication abilities and case/client management skills. * Excellent legal research skills. * Self-motivated candidate able to work independently and as a team-player. * Ability to multi-task. * Bilingual fluency in English *AND *Korean.
