Senior .NET Engineer — Contract — Fully Remote Akkodis is seeking a Senior .NET Engineer for a contract position with a client. Pay range: $70 to $80/hour (negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors). Candidate must be in Arizona or Oregon. Position Summary This position entails developing web applications using ASP.NET MVC, AngularJS, Web Api, and SQL Server for high-volume, mission critical use. The role will primarily focus on hands-on coding of the project using the technologies listed below. The successful candidate will organize workload and priorities, complete tasks on time, and work effectively in a team. Acts as a resource for other software engineers and serves as a liaison between department management, analysts, and the business team. Responsibilities Use Agile Scrum SDLC methodologies in the full software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, software design, prototyping, programming, debugging, and testing of system software production applications. Participate in technical design and implementation; proactively raise issues when specifications may impact quality, performance, or architecture. Collaborate with fellow developers and business unit members; demonstrate a self-directed and proactive approach to solving problems. Develop, debug, and deliver enterprise applications. Mentor fellow developers in areas of expertise as needed.
