Job Description The Lead Gen Optimization Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the full lifecycle of lead generation efforts across the Bath Concepts dealer network. This includes onboarding dealers, managing campaign setup, tracking and improving lead performance, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring programs deliver against KPIs and budget goals. The role is both strategic and hands-on, combining performance analysis, vendor/media optimization, and stakeholder communication to drive growth through high-quality leads, call transfers, and appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of dealer lead generation campaigns. Onboard new dealers and manage campaign setup processes. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics at both dealer and corporate levels. Develop and maintain monthly and annual forecasts. Collaborate with Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Call Center teams to manage media sources and ensure optimal lead flow. Monitor lead funnel performance to improve lead quality, cost-efficiency, and conversion rates. Identify and pursue new lead generation opportunities across media channels. Build and manage targeted lead generation strategies tailored to dealer markets, including digital and other channels. Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to increase lead capture and qualification rates. Evaluate and onboard new lead generation tools and technologies, including CRM integrations and data enrichment platforms. Collaborate with the sales and CRM teams to ensure lead handoff processes support maximum conversion and dealer satisfaction. Develop lead nurturing workflows, retargeting strategies, and re-engagement campaigns. Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor strategies. Develop and present performance reports, budget updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management. Manage program budgets including spend forecasting and ROI analysis. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams, regularly meeting to review campaign outcomes and opportunities. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in lead generation, performance marketing, or affiliate program management. Proven experience working with digital media sources and call center environments to drive lead performance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in other Microsoft Office tools. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project and budget management capabilities. Experience in the home improvement industry, especially with
