Overview CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for an IT Analyst III.

See below Description The IT Analyst III will work with team members to manage, modify, and develop business intelligence computer systems required to manufacture optical fiber. This role will participate in or occasionally lead projects that support the optical fiber division’s objectives, drive cost reduction initiatives, and contribute to capacity expansion efforts. Requirements

Work hand in hand with team members to develop and support Business Intelligence and reporting projects, providing both software and server assistance across the optical fiber division.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create new dashboards or address persistent data integrity challenges critical to business needs.

Participate in capital projects to improve operations and efficiencies.

Provide occasional after-hours, on-call support as needed.

Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems; or equivalent industry experience.

Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ experience in database design and development using SQL, SSIS, Oracle, Visual Studio, ETL.

Proficient in programming skills including SQL, ETL, PowerBI, and Microsoft Reporting Services.

Strong knowledge of DDL, DML, and DCL tasks.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with SQL Developer, SSMS, DataBricks, MES, Control Charts, Microsoft Access.

Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps/GitLab.

Prior experience in production support within a manufacturing environment.

Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to understand and address underlying business needs.

Travel Requirements & Work Hours

Some domestic and international travel may be required (0–10%).

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
