Overview
The Becklar Digital Campaign Manager is primarily responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing Becklar’s digital marketing campaigns across all business units. This role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to applicable webpages, and generating marketing qualified leads. Candidates should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, practices, and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Campaign Manager will work directly with Becklar’s marketing team including business unit leaders, webmaster, senior design manager, and events manager. They will be accountable to each business unit leader for their applicable campaigns. Responsibilities
Assist with development of digital marketing strategy Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across Becklar business units, including: Google Ads Programmatic Advertising / Retargeting Email Communications Social Media SEO Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns and assess against goals Identify trends and insights to optimize digital spend and performance Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing Collaborate with marketing team to create ads, landing pages, and other content to support campaigns and optimize user experience Collaborate with marketing team to perform ongoing A/B testing of digital ads Manage marketing database and list creation in HubSpot Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners Other duties as prescribed Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital campaign creation, management and analysis Proven experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously across multiple channels Demonstrated experience with B2B digital marketing Experience managing A/B campaign testing to optimize engagement and conversions Proficient with HubSpot database management and list creation Experience with Semrush campaign management and reporting tool a plus Excellent writing skills with experience creating customer facing content Strong project management skills including excellent follow-through on all phases from conception to execution Collaborative team player Highly motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude Thrives in a fast-paced environment Simultaneously fun and professional Seniority level
