We’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery on Infrastructure and related projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coordinate crews, manage schedules, ensure safety compliance, and keep quality at the forefront. 

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily on-site construction activities from start to finish.

• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and material deliveries.

• Maintain a safe job site and enforce company safety policies.

• Ensure quality workmanship that meets plans, specs, and client expectations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve site issues quickly to avoid delays.

How you will contribute:

• 5+ years as a Superintendent or similar construction leadership role.

• Deep knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.

• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple crews.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• OSHA certification .
