About this Role - Estimator / Project Manager:

PBCE is seeking an exceptional individual to join our strong and growing team as a full time Estimator and Project Manager for Demolition & Abatement Projects throughout New England. In this position you will play a key role in providing accurate and timely project estimates, bid submittals, and project management. This role requires an individual with a strong work ethic, demonstrated industry knowledge, commitment to safety standards, environmental regulations, and exceptional customer service. Expertise in estimating project costs, preparing bids, timelines, and other details to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed site assessments and prepare accurate cost estimates for demolition and abatement projects, including labor, equipment, materials, and disposal costs.
• Evaluate project specifications, site conditions, and client requirements to develop accurate and competitive bids.
• Work closely with the business development team to create proposals for new projects and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals).
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor and track project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Serve as point of contact for clients, providing project updates, reporting issues, and resolutions.
• Prepare project documentation, including contracts, change orders, daily logs, and project reports.

Other Qualifications that will set you apart

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Cost Management, Budgeting, and Construction Estimating
• Demonstrated experience in / knowledge of demolition, abatement and/or construction.
• Proficiency with Construction Estimating Software
• OSHA 30-hour Certification
