We're opening a brand-new Scooter's Coffee location in Downers Grove and looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused team members to help us serve smiles and amazing coffee within our community.

As a barista, you'll prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages while providing fast, quality customer service. You'll ensure the store is clean and sanitary, products are stocked, and fun is being had on every shift.

What You'll Do

• Craft Signature Drinks: Master the art of making lattes, blended drinks, and seasonal favorites - with speed, accuracy, and a smile.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service: Greet every customer with warmth, learn their favorites, and create connections that keep them coming back.
• Stay Clean & Organized: Keep the cafe sparkling, stocked, and ready for rushes
• Support the Team: Create a fun and inviting atmosphere and cheer on your coworkers.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for people and coffee
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while being positive and professional
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
• Commitment to master brand recipes and techniques
• Prior coffee or food service experience is a plus, but not requiredwe'll train the right person!
