IT Support- Level 1 White Plains, NY Direct Hire $60,000 Core Responsibilities Provide prompt support for issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity, assisting both on-site and remote employees Help manage and prioritize incoming technical support requests via the internal ticketing platform Set up and configure a variety of devices and software tools across the organization Monitor and apply regular updates and security patches to ensure system integrity Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks, including account creation and deactivation Keep track of IT equipment and help maintain the inventory database Support the broader IT team with additional operational and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills when supporting end users 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a business or enterprise IT setting Familiar with troubleshooting Windows 10 or 11 environments Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services Exposure to IT support platforms or ticketing systems (experience with Jira is a plus) Basic understanding of network fundamentals (e.g., connectivity, IP addressing, etc.) About ConsultNet Welcome to ConsultNet and the family of companies, Tekne, SaltClick, TechBridge, and OmniMedia.
