Overview
Software Engineer Rotational Program – Early Career InterSystems powers mission-critical applications across healthcare, financial services, government, and other industries. Our data platform, interoperability solutions, and analytics technologies help organizations solve complex problems and deliver meaningful outcomes. The Core Development Program is a rotational experience designed for soon-to-be graduates (BS, MS, or PhD) looking to build a strong foundation in software engineering, with opportunities in front-end, back-end, and/or full stack development across product teams. Participants contribute to real codebases and gain exposure to a wide range of technologies. About InterSystems

3-week onboarding and training:
Learn core technologies, tools, platforms, and best practices. Two 6-week team rotations:
Complete two 6-week software development projects with different product teams (HealthShare, IntelliCare, Data Platforms, Financial Services). Mentorship and support:
Work with experienced engineers for guidance and career development. Team placement:
At the end of the program, transition to a long-term role with a team based on interest, fit, and business needs. Why Join Us
