We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Senior Salesforce Developer role.Designs, develops, and implements software solutions by analyzing system requirements, collaborating with users, and optimizing workflows. Investigates issues, designs system specifications, and ensures adherence to programming standards. This role involves hands-on Salesforce application development within an Agile (Scrum) framework, requiring experience with Agile methodologies. Responsibilities include documentation, analysis, problem resolution, development, communication, and solution delivery. Supports applications across multiple environments through coding, testing, peer reviews, troubleshooting, and defect resolution. Provides on-call support as needed.Required Skills:
Experience in Salesforce in writing Apex programming, Visual force pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and lightning web components. Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows, process builders, workflow Rules.
Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management. Experience in assessing (link removed) architecture and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the (link removed) platform.
Experience in all End-to-End technical aspects of a (link removed) program: classic to lightning upgrades, data migrations, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and custom development
Experience in implementing various authentication protocols (oAuth) to integrate 3rd party applications. Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.
Experience with integrating Salesforce with cloud-based applications and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs. Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript within the Salesforce.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in DevOps technology including CI/CD pipeline and build and deployment tools such as Flosum, Git.
Experience in creating custom Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce.
