Coordinate activities associated with the timely, accurate and on-budget completion of technology projects, with emphasis on implementation for multimedia and audio/visual solutions. Engage stakeholders, determining project requirements and objectives. Assign/delegate responsibilities to project personnel clearly and run client and internal project meetings. Perform field verification of prospective work site, as well as document and report issues within sites. Troubleshoot issues and solutions for multimedia electronic equipment, lighting, and wiring in buildings, communications systems, power generation, control and electric utilities to certify proper installation and compliance with standards for the project. Design, plan, and coordinate installation projects, Provide subject matter expertise for projects within Diversified, including accurate and timely verbal and written communication and follow up. Support and assist team members with problems related to hardware and malfunctioning systems. Maintain communication with Account Executives, Directors, installation technicians, subcontractors, clients, etc., on electronics engineering project status. Coordinate system programming and final checkout of systems to certify proper installation and compliance with standards for the project. Oversee status of projects including cost, timing and staffing to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects. Coordinate training & turnover of projects to client, service department, & sales.
Four years of experience as a project manager, project engineer, or sales engineer in multimedia or communications solutions. Requires demonstrated experience with: Extensive experience in the deployment and management of 4K video solutions and SMPTE 2110 standards across various broadcast and production environments, ensuring high-quality video capture, distribution, and playback. Extensive experience with Logitech, Polycom, Crestron, and Cisco hardware, for high-quality, user-friendly Microsoft Teams Rooms setups in small to large meeting spaces. Proficient in using Imagine Communications software for broadcast automation, playout, and distribution, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency in live broadcast environments and control room solutions. Proven ability to manage the technical aspects of live production environments, coordinating control room systems and broadcast equipment to support complex productions, including news, sports, and live events. Analysis of client business and technical requirements for enterprise audio/visual solutions. Devising technical solutions, and preparing technical proposals for enterprise audio/visual solutions. Effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Management of time, project teams, budgets, and deliverables for enterprise audio/visual solutions.
Bachelors degree in electronic engineering technology, mass communications, or a related field
