***This is a fully onsite position based out of our Reno, Nevada office.***

About the role:

This Broker Executive Assistant (internally called Team Business Operations Manager ) will be supporting a broker team and is key to driving process improvements and supporting brokerage operations, CRM/database management, transaction support, and marketing. Were looking for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to lead complex projects such as multi-tenant lease transactions, property repositioning strategies, portfolio reporting, invoicing and large-scale marketing campaigns from start to finish. As a key member of the team, this role will serve as driver of the teams organization and help ensure the teams success.

In this role, you will:

Coordinate and manage all marketing, operational, and administrative activities on behalf of the team with a strong emphasis on organization and meticulous attention to detail.

Plan and manage weekly team meetings.

Oversee action items from meetings and transaction processes which may include following up directly, or ensuring the follow-up of others, compiling or exchanging information and contacts, tracking issues and providing other assistance.

Partner with the marketing team on the creation and preparation of content for listing pitches/presentations, tour books etc.

Assist with drafting content, creating and gathering maps, coordinating surveys and other applicable market intelligence and marketing support.

Maintain property listings on various websites.

Maintain and update databases and sales progress reports.

Support the processing and tracking of listing agreements, commission documentation, settlement statements, and sales agreements.

Gather and coordinate materials necessary for transactions, including listing/commission agreements, due diligence, settlement statements, and sales agreements,

Assist in the development of valuation and strategy pitches and presentations for a varied range of institutional and private clients

Liaise with clients to coordinate information, organize meetings, and obtain required documentation on listings and potential business opportunities.

Provide general office and administrative support, such as file management, expense reporting, invoicing and travel arrangements.

Update business development related content such as newsletters, advertising and quarterly market reports.

What you bring:

5+ years of experience within Real Estate, as a: Executive Assistant or Transaction Manager or Broker Assistant.

High transaction, real estate volume experience is an asset.

Commercial real estate experience is a strongly preferred.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Strong experience CRM as well.

CoStar/Crexi/LoopNet are all assets.

Exceptional customer service, organizational and prioritization skills.

Excellent communication (follow-through and follow-up) skills, and ability to meet commitments and deadlines.
