Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for providing complete post-sale support to the Versant Digital Sales team with an emphasis on the Fandango Network (Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, Flixster, Movietickets & MovieClips). The Campaign Specialist serves as the main point of contact to clients for live campaign confirmation, reporting, and billing. The role will also focus on monitoring delivery and performance of all campaigns, compiling and auditing live creatives, and reconciling monthly billing. The Digital Campaign Specialist will work externally with clients and agencies, as well as with all internal parties including Sales, Planners, and Ad Operations.
Campaign Management
Support Planners on a day-to-day basis with post-sale campaign duties.
Identifying real-time campaign optimizations to meet clients KPI’s.
Monitor and compile 1st and 3rd party delivery reporting on a weekly basis for all live campaigns.
Compile and send campaign screenshots to clients upon launch of campaign.
Post Analysis and Invoice Validation
Collaborate with Finance and Planners to compile end of month billing for invoicing.
Work with clients to resolve any billing discrepancies.
Client Services
Develop strong understanding of Fandango’s products and solutions for clients
Serve as the primary contact with clients and agencies to ensure status and maintenance of creative schedules are met.
Develop and maintain relationships with Planners and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS –
Salary Range: $53,000 - $55,000
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1 year of relevant internship work in ad sales or marketing
Desired Characteristics:
Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being detail oriented
Ability to develop strong relationships with internal team members
Strong communication skills - with internal and external clients
Knowledge of media and pitch to pay process in general
Thorough knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, and presentation proficiencies
