AWS Finance is seeking a self-driven, highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Directors. You will act as a seamless extension of the Directors and have the opportunity to work in partnership with our Leaders, key business partners, and a supportive team of other Executive Assistants.

You will be an experienced and proactive planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining great flexibility. Key to the position are exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to switch gears on short notice. You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, goal-focused environment, and possess an ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal supervision.

A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and maintaining data privacy is also critical to success, as is professionalism in dealing with senior leadership and peers alike. You will be someone with a strong sense of ownership and sound judgement, who wants to build a trusting, long-term partnership with leaders, and develop a deep understanding of the business.

This is not a hybrid role. Five (5) days a week in office are required.

Key job responsibilities

Manage complex calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion.

Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner.

Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, on-sites/off-sites, team social events, etc.).

Schedule cost effective air/hotel/ground transportation.

Create detailed travel itineraries both domestic and international (including smooth transitions between time zones).

Coordinate with in-house travel agents and manage international travel process.

Submit expense reports in a timely fashion.

Coordinate closely with Recruiting teams, Facilities team, HR team, and other Executive Assistants within the Amazon community.

Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience

High school or equivalent diploma

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Experience with executive level calendar management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

Experience managing multiple calendars

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
