Are you a strategic communicator with a passion for client success and a solid understanding of the forensic consulting industry? EFI Global is seeking a

Client Engagement Specialist

to join our dynamic Client Services team. In this key role, you'll serve as the bridge between clients and both internal and external stakeholders-driving impactful solutions, enhancing program effectiveness, and strengthening business relationships.

This role goes beyond traditional client liaison work. You'll manage end-to-end client engagement, including assignment coordination, stewardship meetings, reporting, intake, conflict resolution, contract adherence, and relationship building.

PRIMARY PURPOSE

:

To serve as a communication resource between clients, unions, company offices, and shareholder groups; to identify methods of reducing risk cost for clients through analysis and evaluation of conditions and practices; to measure and evaluate program effectiveness; and to provide coordination between client programs and company program standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicates vital information between clients, company, and shareholder groups.

Coordinates client programs and services with company programs and standards of service.

Analyzes report information; makes recommendations for improvements.

Evaluates conditions and practices; makes recommendations for procedural improvement.

Measures and evaluates effectiveness of programs.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs other duties as assigned.

Supports the organization's quality program(s)

Travels as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience

Four (4) years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Working knowledge of specialty services in fire investigation, forensic engineering, and environmental consulting required.

Skills & Knowledge

Knowledge of claims management processes and procedures

Knowledge of forensic consulting in an insurance industry

Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills

PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

Analytical and interpretive skills

Strong organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiation skills

Good judgment and discretion skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $58,000-68,000. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
