Temporary Administrative Assistant
Location: El Segundo, CA, hybrid 1x week in office
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours weekly
Assignment Dates: October 13, 2025 – February 20, 2026 (~4 months)
Pay: $22-24/hr.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide administrative executive level support for a leading Food & Beverage company within Marketing. This individual will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, supporting senior leadership, and assisting the Marketing department.

SCOPE OF ROLE / BUSINESS IMPACT
The Administrative Assistant will act as a central point of coordination for senior executives, directly supporting the company’s ability to operate efficiently, maintain stakeholder engagement, and execute key initiatives during a critical business period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Support

  • Provide administrative support to VP/GM, Chief Product Technology Officer, and Marketing leadership.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts with efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit detailed expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

Marketing & Departmental Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the Marketing department, including document preparation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Manage UPS shipping processes, including creating labels, coordinating packaging, and preparing product shipments for events, client deliveries, or internal use.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience; prior exposure to fast-paced industries (consumer goods, or corporate environments) preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with expense management tools a plus.
  • Concur experience for travel coordination a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with executives, staff, and external partners.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
