Pay Range: $18 - 19.96 hourly on W2

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Managing inquiry email and/or Service Now inbox for routine questions
• Supports the Benefits Team through a variety of tasks related to benefits administration and communication
• Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material
• Familiar with a variety of systems tools (Word, Excel, Adobe Writer)
• Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner
• Answer and direct inquiries if not within the administrative assistant's area of responsibility
• Assist in the dissemination of regularly scheduled reporting as required
• Maintain a filing system

Qualifications

• Timely and thorough completion of requests, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Someone who has a customer service/call center background with strong communication and written skills
• Ability to multitask with various timely deliverables
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
• Previous experience working in the benefits department would also be nice to have
