Position Overview
Pratt Miller is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and team initiatives. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, excellent organizational skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This position is integral to maintaining operational efficiency and delivering high-quality administrative support in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
Greet and assist guests, creating a welcoming environment
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Oversee conference room scheduling and ensure readiness for meetings
Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed
Manage SharePoint sites and update shared documentation
Coordinate meal orders for meetings and company events
Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports
Distribute and manage inventory of branded apparel
Arrange travel and logistics for staff as needed
Provide backup coverage for other administrative team members
Support employee recognition programs and internal events
Required Qualifications
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional environment
Experience with booking travel and using expense management systems
Familiarity with SharePoint content management features
