We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations for one of our clients in their Marietta office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and document management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service experience and a professional demeanor.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
