About the Role

As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” at Skechers, you’re joining a team where growth, customer connections, fashion, and comfort are at the core. Compensation

Starting rate: $18.25/hr

Hourly pay range: $18.25 – $19.36/hr

What You Will Do:

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer walks away with the perfect choice and an exceptional overall experience.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals. Develop skills in retail sales and product knowledge.
• Store Operations: Maintain store appearance, organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise. This role involves lifting and carrying shoes and boxes (up to 50 pounds occasionally) and being on your feet during shifts.
• Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities, process payments accurately, and ensure customers leave with a positive final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details to improve the customer experience and boost sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities
• Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
