As a Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to store success in an entry-level retail role. Compensation
Starting Rate: $17.85
Range: $17.85 – $18.94

What You Will Do
- Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products so each customer leaves with the right choice. Exceptional customer service is a top priority.
- Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales goals and grow skills in product offerings.
- Store Operations: Maintain a well-presented store by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise. This role involves lifting and carrying shoes and boxes (up to 50 pounds) and being on your feet for most of your shift.
- Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure customers have a positive final impression.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to improve the customer experience and boost sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.

Requirements
