One of our staffing partners is hiring for its Entertainment client a data analyst with tableau and some data engineering skills to support business operations through analytics, reporting.

Experience of 2-3 years minimum. Actual work experience with USA based clients not Internship or School project or overseas experience. Not looking for senior programmers due to low pay

Salary offered $55-70k per year

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards using Tableau
• Perform advanced data modeling, cleansing, and transformation for accurate reporting
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure seamless data flow across systems
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for comprehensive analysis
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and performance tuning
• Collaborate with data engineers to enhance data infrastructure and improve accessibility
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
• Automate reporting processes using Python, R, or other scripting tools

Requirements

• Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development
• Ability to optimize database performance for efficient querying
• Understanding of Python or R for data analytics and automation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
