Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Customer Success Team in the Bay Area, USA. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to analyze their data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize their business strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers derive maximum value.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives, data needs, and key performance metrics.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive customer success.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to enhance data solutions based on customer feedback.
• Provide training and guidance to customers on best practices for data analysis and platform utilization.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a customer-facing role (e.g., consulting, customer success, or business intelligence).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, R) is a plus.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and customer analytics tools is preferred.
