Konvergent Wealth Management is seeking a we’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Associate Data Analyst to support our advisors and investment specialists by turning complex financial data into polished, client-ready reports.

Note: This is an In-Office role. Applicants must be within commuting distance of Gig-Harbor, WA.

What We Offer:

$25/hr to $30/hr, DOE

Contract role at 20+ hours per week

Flexible working hours (some overlap with business hours required for collaboration)

Hands-on experience working directly with veteran financial professionals on advanced solutions for UHNW (ultra-high-net-worth) families and individuals

What Qualifies You:

1–3 years of professional or academic experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or a related field

Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; bonus points for experience with Python, and industry tools such as Addepar or Luminary, but not required.

Familiarity with basic financial concepts (investment reports, portfolio performance, etc.)

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, accurate work

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

High-speed, reliable internet access and modern computer
