Your New Role

As a Construction Superintendent at Petri Electric, you'll be leading the charge on major electrical construction and renovation projects.
  • Lead Construction Projects: Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and quality completion
  • Manage Material Orders & Deliveries: Partner with project managers to ensure materials arrive on time
  • Coordinate with Contractors & Trades: Collaborate with general contractors and other trades to maintain quality standards
  • Ensure Quality Control: Guarantee flawless installations that meet and exceed code compliance
  • Manage Costs: Keep labor costs in check by optimizing resources without sacrificing quality
  • Safety Oversight: Maintain a safe job site, prioritizing safety for every team member

  • Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license
  • 6-10 years in job running, supervising, or superintendent roles
  • Strong project management and electrical code knowledge
  • Ability to read and execute detailed project plans
  • Proven leadership skills to guide and manage electrician teams
  • Experience with job cost management, especially labor
  • Strong customer relations and a positive attitude
  • Reliable transportation across Dallas-Ft. Worth and willingness to undergo drug testing and background checks
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
