Mondelez International is hiring: Sales Representative in Warner Robins

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International! We are looking for a Sales Representative to fulfill merchandising needs for our grocery-related customers, including stocking shelves, building displays, and partnering with nationally recognized clients like Walmart, Ralphs, Target, and more. You will serve as an ambassador for world-famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry-leading snacks.

What are the main responsibilities?

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Mondelēz International, primarily Nabisco products, sales systems, and procedures.
2. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines.
3. Implement sales objectives, campaigns, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
4. Perform in-store planning and tailor programs based on customer needs, store demographics, and consumer base to drive growth.
5. Build strong relationships with store management to provide exceptional service and value.
6. Coordinate with customers to ensure adequate product ordering and support consumer takeaway, including managing racks and displays for DSD.
7. Communicate plans effectively and manage merchandising resources to increase store sales, working with merchandisers to ensure proper inventory management.
8. Monitor and report on competitive activity and pricing, collaborating with Customer Business teams and store management.

What can you expect from us?

• The base salary range is $44,000 to $46,000, depending on experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for a competitive bonus and long-term incentives.

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID (required for military base access). High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, including physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs and stocking shelves.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Warner Robbins, GA, and be able to drive to secondary locations in Dublin, GA.
• Full schedule availability is required.

We provide a company vehicle, gas card, and maintenance program. No relocation support is available.
