Position Overview

The Senior Accountant will oversee a variety of complex accounting functions across multiple entities, including consolidations, intercompany activity, equity, and investment accounting. This role also involves preparing the corporate earnings package, supporting reporting requirements, and contributing to special projects. It’s an excellent fit for someone who is detail-oriented, systems-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-entity accounting, including consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, and eliminations
• Perform equity and investment accounting with related reporting
• Prepare and present the corporate earnings package and recurring financial reports
• Drive process improvements to streamline workflows and improve reporting accuracy
• Leverage and enhance large ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite)
• Partner with cross-functional teams on audits, projects, and ad-hoc assignments
• Flexibly adapt to shifting priorities and evolving business needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Proven experience in multi-entity, consolidations, intercompany, and equity accounting
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and system optimization
• Experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle or NetSuite
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical abilities
• Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset

Compensation

Salary range: $95,000–$105,000, based on experience
