Security Solutions of Texas is hiring Part-Time Non-Commissioned and Commissioned Security Officers (Card + Gear required).

Positions are available as part-time or full-time, with some weekend shifts required.

Special consideration is given to candidates from Law Enforcement, Firefighter, Military, or high-threat security backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent observational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while demonstrating patience and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Observe, report, and deter theft and criminal activity at client locations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• Security guard Level II or Level III State Guard Card required.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or sit for long periods, and detain individuals if necessary.
• Reliable transportation.

Pay Rates (Starting):

• Level II, Non-Commissioned (Unarmed): $17.00/hour
• Level III, Commissioned (Armed): $18.00/hour
• Level IV with Level III experience is commensurate.

Position is a 1099 Contractor.
