Overview

We’re looking for professional, observant, and guest-focused Security Guards to join our opening team. As a Security Guard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our guests and staff while maintaining the vibrant, upscale atmosphere. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, respectful, and confident in managing guest interactions with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence at all key entry and exit points
• Greet guests and provide a welcoming first impression while enforcing venue policies
• Monitor guest behavior and crowd flow to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
• Respond swiftly and tactfully to any disturbances, altercations, or safety concerns
• Perform ID checks and manage line flow to ensure legal entry compliance
• Assist with closing procedures and safely clearing the venue at the end of the night
• Communicate effectively with management, hosts, and service staff to address any potential issues
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct routine safety inspections
• Collaborate with emergency services when required, following all incident protocols
• Maintain detailed incident reports and logs as needed

Qualifications

• Prior security or hospitality experience preferred, especially in upscale venues
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand for long periods and respond quickly in dynamic situations
• Valid security license (if required by local law) and knowledge of safety procedures
