Full-Time Receptionist – Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram (Lockport, IL)

Are you an organized, people-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? Our busy Lockport showroom is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. Receptionists play a key role as the first point of contact for our customers, vendors, and guests.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm
• Occasional evening or Saturday availability may be required

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors in person and over the phone
• Manage and direct incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Accurately receipt and process customer payments
• Perform data entry for inventory management
• Prepare and distribute daily sales reports
• Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

Qualifications

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in customer service or reception required
• Automotive dealership experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
