Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area and conference rooms in a clean and organized state.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the company.
  • Support other departments with clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Details

  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Compensation: $17-18/hr.
  • Employment Type: One month contract
  • Location: Irving, TX 75062
