Overview
LHH is currently recruiting for a dedicated, well-rounded Graphic Designer for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. This full-time role is onsite at our client’s office in the Dallas area. This opportunity is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in collaborative environments and is ready to elevate visual communications across a diverse range of projects. A minimum of three years of hands-on experience, preferably in a retail setting, is desired.
Responsibilities
- Brand Development: Contribute to the evolution and refinement of brand identity across all digital and print channels.
- Visual Asset Creation: Design materials including advertisements, presentations, brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, signage, and digital assets for web and social media.
- Digital Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing strategists to create engaging visuals for email campaigns, landing pages, and social media posts.
- Collaboration: Work with other designers, copywriters, and video editors to deliver cohesive creative solutions.
- Project Management: Take ownership of projects from conception through final delivery, meeting deadlines and upholding quality standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure deliverables are pixel-perfect, consistent with brand guidelines, and optimized for their intended platforms.
- Print Production: Prepare and package print-ready files, liaise with vendors, and review proofs to guarantee accurate print outcomes.
- Multi-Disciplinary Projects: Support cross-functional initiatives, integrating graphics with text, photography, and video/motion assets where appropriate.
- Innovation & Trendspotting: Stay current with design trends, software updates, and emerging technologies to enhance creative output.
- Problem-Solving: Address design challenges with creativity, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a professional graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing print and digital work.
- Retail Experience: Previous experience in the retail industry is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, or Canva is a plus.
- Video/Motion: Experience with video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is advantageous but not required.
- Typography: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Print & Digital: Ability to work across print and digital mediums, adapting designs for various formats and audiences.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong time management and organizational abilities; capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Collaboration: Experience working in fast-paced, team-based environments; comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
- Attention to Detail: High standards for accuracy and quality in every aspect of design.
- Location: Ability to work fully onsite at our client’s office in the Dallas area.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
