Ardurra is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our National Marketing Team.

Primary Duties

  • Responsible for all graphical aspects of pursuits, including proposal templates, custom graphics, organizational charts, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Design Team on special projects, including brainstorming sessions for corporate graphics, tradeshow booths, swag items, print collateral, digital media, and brochures.
  • Provide creative input to the pursuit team throughout proposal and presentation development.
  • Conduct quality reviews and final checks before production.
  • Read and understand RFQ language to ensure adherence to format specifications.
  • Develop quick design ideas based on team briefs.
  • File and organize digital assets, including icons, stock photography, and customized graphics.
  • Coordinate with print vendors and photographers.
  • Work on multiple, concurrent hard deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology and strategies in the design and development industry.
  • Promote a spirit of innovation and creativity within the design team to ensure ongoing ideas.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Graphic Design Lead and Marketing Director.

This position is full-time, allows for creative freedom, and provides benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, paid holidays, and more). The ideal candidate will be creative, self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational, business and proposal graphics skills; with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ardurra currently has 85+ offices located throughout the United States. This position supports offices across the country and can be located anywhere within the United States.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design (preferred within the A/E/C industry, though not required).
  • Minimum Associates Degree in Graphic Design, Art, or related field (In lieu of education, 2 years of relevant experience).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in converting large amounts of data into visual illustrations with guidance from senior staff.
  • Understanding of typography, spacing (including use of white space), and visual hierarchy.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and flexible.
  • Openness and responsiveness to feedback, and ability to make timely revisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams across marketing, technical managers, and project staff.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments concurrently.
