We are hiring an HR coordinator to power our in-office team, Monday–Friday, 8–5. We're a family-owned, dog-friendly company where innovation, teamwork, and creativity thrive. You'll work closely with the HR Director, get hands-on exposure across every major HR function, and grow every day.

As an HR coordinator, you'll be the friendly face of human resources, partnering with every department, learning fast, and owning details that keep human resources smooth and simple.

You bring 1–2 years of human resources experience (a human resources degree is a plus), an ownership mindset, love of learning, attention to detail, and the courage to meet people where they are, perfect for an in-office HR coordinator who likes real-time collaboration and the occasional puppy drive-by.

Responsibilities

As the go-to HR coordinator, you'll coordinate onboarding, maintain clean data in our HRIS, support payroll, answer benefits questions, and elevate projects so human resources decisions are timely, transparent, and aligned with our values. Expect to document processes, track simple metrics, and translate human resources into plain English that non-HR folks love, because great human resources makes work feel lighter.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of human resources experience (a human resources degree is a plus)
• Ownership mindset, love of learning, attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, in-office environment
