The City of South Pasadena is seeking an experienced and visionaryHuman Resources Director to serve as the organization’s chief human resources officer. Reporting to the Assistant City Manager/CFO, this executive-level role provides strategic leadership and trusted guidance on all workforce matters. The HR Director oversees labor relations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, benefits, classification and compensation, training and development, and compliance with employment laws—all while fostering a culture of integrity, fairness, and inclusivity.
